We are looking for a skilled and experienced Systems Analyst to join our team. As a systems analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and customizing Odoo applications to meet our client's specific business requirements. You will work closely with our clients and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions
This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think
outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done"
spirit. To be successful, you will have solid problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and classify the customer’s configuration, customization, and development requirements
- Applying the configuration required by the client, including importing data and applying it within the system
- Providing the necessary UML diagrams and documents to meet customization and development requirements
- Follow up with clients to ensure that the team delivers what is required
- Follow up with the team to complete development and customization tasks in a timely manner
- Provide training on developed software
- Assist the support team in resolving customer problems
- Assist the sales team with application presentations
- Complete the testing process
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree in computer science or business administration
- prefer At least 3 years of work experience in the Odoo system
- At least 3 years of work experience in systems analysis
- Good knowledge of business operations and accounting
- English Language
- Ability to work under pressure.
