تصميم وتطوير واختبار وحدات Odoo والمشاريع والمنتجات والواجهات (باستخدام Python)

مهام الوظيفة:

·         تحديد وتصنيف متطلبات التهيئة والتخصيص والتطوير التي يحتاجها العميل

·         تطبيق التهيئة المطلوبة من قبل العميل بما فيها من استيراد البيانات وتطبيقها ضمن النظام

·         تقديم المخططات والوثائق اللازمة لتلبية متطلبات التخصيص والتطوير

·         المتابعة مع العملاء للتأكد من أن الفريق يقدم ما هو مطلوب

·         المتابعة مع الفريق لإنجاز مهام التطوير والتخصيص في الوقت المناسب

·         تقديم تدريب على البرمجيات المطورة

·         مساعدة فريق الدعم في حل مشاكل العملاء

·         مساعدة فريق المبيعات في العروض التقديمية للتطبيقات

·         إكمال عملية الاختبار

المؤهلات العلمية:

           إجازة جامعية علوم حاسب أو إدارة أعمال   

القدرات والمهارات المهنية:

         1. معرفة جيدة بالعمليات التجارية والمحاسبية

         2.  خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تحليل النظم

          3.   يفضل وجود خبرة بالعمل على نظام ODOO ERP لا تقل عن 3 سنوات

         4. اللغة الإنكليزية جيدة جداً

ملخص الوظيفة :

العمل على ارضاء عملاء الشركة خلال استقبالهم (شخصياً أو عبر الهاتف) وتلبية طلباتهم واستعلاماتهم وشكاويهم والتعامل معها بما يتناسب ومصلحة الشركة وترويج منتجات الشركة للعملاء، والبحث الدائم عن عملاء جدد

مهام الوظيفة:

• تقديم عروض توضيحية مخصصة وفقًا لاحتياجات العملاء
• استقبال جميع الاستعلامات والشكاوى الواردة من العملاء وسرعة الاستجابة لها
• تنفيذ السياسات والتعليمات الخاصة بالمبيعات وخدمة العملاء والمعتمدة من مسؤول المبيعات
• القدرة على فهم طبيعة عمل الشركة بشكل واضح والتعرف على منتجاتها بشكل دقيق
• التعامل الجيد مع الزبائن بما يناسب طبيعة رغباتهم وتوجهاتهم الشرائية وبما يليق بمكانة الشركة
• كتابة تقرير يومي لبيان ما تم إنجازه من أعمال واتصالات
• تلقي العملاء المحتملين وبدء الاتصال وتأهيل العملاء المحتملين

·        Managing the deployment process of Odoo applications across different environments (development, staging, production).

·        Automating the deployment process to ensure consistency and efficiency.

·        Collaborating with development teams to define release strategies, version control, and branching strategies.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

1- Education and Experience:

·        bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is often preferred.

·        Previous experience as an Odoo Developer (More than 5 Years)

2- Technical Skills:

·        Proficiency in Python programming language is essential>

·        Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is beneficial.

·        Familiarity with PostgreSQL database and Linux operating.

·        Experience with Odoo's framework, ORM (Object Relational Mapping), and MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture is important.

3- Odoo Knowledge:

·        Strong understanding of Odoo's core modules and features.

·        Experience in customizing and developing Odoo modules to meet specific business requirements.

·        Familiarity with Odoo's technical documentation and community resources.

·        Experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
