We are seeking a skilled and experienced Odoo Developer to join our team. As an Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for developing and customizing Odoo applications to meet our client's specific business requirements. You will work closely with our functional consultants and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions .
Responsibilities
- - Develop and customize Odoo modules and applications using appropriate design standards.
- - Customize and extend existing Odoo modules to meet specific business needs.
- - Write clean, maintainable code in accordance with code development standards and best practices.
- - Improving Odoo performance, troubleshooting issues and implementing best practices to ensure scalability, security and reliability.
- - Integrate Odoo with third party systems and applications using application programming interfaces and web services (API).
- - Stay up to date with Odoo updates, new features, and evaluate their suitability for our projects.
- - Document technical specifications, installation instructions and user guides for Odoo solutions.
- - Collaborate with project managers, business analysts and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions, and provide technical assistance as needed.
Must Have
- -Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- - At least one year of work experience in the required field
Technical skills:

- Work with code version control tools such as Git tools.
- - Knowledge of Linux operating system.
- - Technical and functional knowledge of standard Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Inventory, Accounting, Website, E-Commerce, HR, Payroll, POS, etc.
- - Proven hands-on experience in Odoo development
- - Ability to work within set timelines and ensure good programming practice.
- - Complete understanding of the basic flow of Odoo.
- - Knowledge in developing latest versions of Odoo.
- - Basic knowledge about current feature available in Odoo – Sales, Purchasing, CRM, Accounts, Projects, Timesheet, HR, etc.
- - Knowledge of Odoo front-end (XML and JavaScript) and back-end (PostgreSQL)
- - Interface customization- Work on UI elements, Wizards, Java Script, view XML, etc.
- - Create Q-Web reports.
- - Import data using Odoo import as well as custom import using Python.
